You may think Pluto and Hooch are brothers. Everyone does. And everyone agrees, these are two gorgeous animals. Hooch and Pluto were rescued by NJ Aid for Animals from Camden City Spring, 2011. They were owned animals who had the fatal disease Parvo virus and were dying. Their owners did not want them anymore and did not want to pay for their medical care.

They were surrendered within two days of each other from totally different streets in Camden City.Animal Control asked if NJAFA could help these dogs as they would infect the shelter if they went there. After they were treated and healthy, animal control said they could be taken to the shelter.

NJAFA took them to hospital, paid for their treatment and took them home to recover. Once recovered we could not bear the thought of these two stunning dogs going to a shelter.

They think, play, look and act like brothers but they are not. Both are loving dogs good with other dogs and all people. Not so much cats. They are the best dogs in the world, crate trained and love cuddling on the couch.
