Dog thrown from overpass on Atlantic City Expressway

Who threw this dog
off of an overpass hitting the top of a passing car.
0n the Atlantic City Expressway, July 24,2008 at
approx. Midnight Female Boston Terrier, approx. 6 mo.
old, un-spayed, not micro chipped dog was probably
thrown over head first as there were massive head
injuries. Info can be kept confidential.
