UPDATE May 19, 2008 - JAKE
OH BOY OH BOY OH BOY OH BOY!!!!!!

The "Jakester" has found his new home. Another great family for one of our surrendered dogs from Camden!!!

.....a very loving couple from New York drove SIX hours roundtrip last week to visit with Jake and bring Jake's TWIN BROTHER with them.  Mike and Diane have been searching for six months for just the right bichon mix for their dog "Ozzie" who has loads of energy and Jake LOVES TO PLAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mike, Diane and OZZIE fell in love with Jake and couldn't wait to come back and make the long drive to adopt Jake!!!!  After we received a thumbs up from the rescue group that adopted Ozzie to them AND their application indicated "we would drive any number of miles we needed to find the right match for our dog", we knew this was a family that was serious.

Not housebroken? No problem says Mike and Diane....we did it with Ozzie and they work out of their home !! What else could we ask for?  Jakester came from an older woman that he was GLUED TO and now he will not only have a brother to romp with but two HUMANS to be with ALL DAY!!!!!

Oh boy oh boy.. Jake has found his forever home. Watch this site for pictures with his new brother

"JAKE" - What a lover!!!!

An senior citizen in Camden City, NJ could no longer keep this little guy so she called NJAFA.
Jake is a l4 month old mixed bichon and shitzu from a local puppy store in NJ (grrrrrrr) that is a loving and very very friendly little boy. He loves everyone, children, other dogs and cats.
He is a work in progress with his housebreaking, but just think he is a bit confused on where our door is!!!
But he sleeps very nicely in his crate all night long and on his nap time.
He is neutered, all shots and tested, wormed and treated for fleas. Just needs a little grooming. If you know someone for this little boy he would make someone a great companion!!! Fenced yards only no exceptions.
